Jameson Tailgate

Project & Logistical Management

The Jameson Tailgate was an activation tested in three markets across the US. The goal was to create an open-to-the-public game day event for both ticket and non-ticket holders, driving traffic through radio, geo-targeted ads, and on premise events leading up to game day.

The vision for this project was a collaborative effort between the brand, their Texas marketing firm, and Broken Glass LLC. Broken Glass managed and coordinated partner contracts, securing models, the stage and lighting crew, DJ, police officers, city permits, fencing, Tera Plas flooring, and food from a neighborhood barbecue restaurant.

Broken Glass also coordinated the activation location, concept layout, signage approval, beverage pricing, bartender needs, and bar locations with The Dallas Cowboys’ sponsorship team. All collateral was designed and purchased by Broken Glass and then submitted to brand and local marketing team for final approval.

Elyx Under the Stars

Project & Logistical Management

Elyx Under the Stars was a dinner event hosted for local influencers and clients. The concept was to create a beautiful evening under the stars and serve guests as they would be in Sweden.

Broken Glass sourced a local caterer, coordinated a brand appropriate Swedish menu, and arranged for it to be served family style, as is custom in Swedish culture. Mood lighting, farm tables and chairs, china place settings, and linen rentals were sourced and chosen according to Brand Guidelines and the concept initiative.

Broken Glass also scheduled and coordinated the load-in and load-out of the event, capitalizing on manpower and brand assets from the local marketing team.
